Rental Details

A. To reserve a room, we will require the following items: 

  1. Completed and signed copy of the week-to-week rental agreement.

  2. First two week's rent as a deposit to hold the apartment (not refundable) please send via Venmo, or check/cash dropped off at the property. It will be applied to your first two weeks upon move in.

  3. Photocopy of your ID (i.e. driver's license or passport).

  4. Proof of employment with a local hospital - copy of employment offer letter from hospital.

  5. Proof of funds - (1) a copy of employment offer letter from hospital showing offered salary and assignment dates, or (2) bank statement showing at least three month's rent. 

  6. One or more references (if available). 

B. Day of move in, we will require: 

  1. Payment of the refundable security deposit ($800 per room) via Venmo or check/cash.
